"I took delivery on a 105th Anniversary, Dyna Super Glide Custom last night. However, my story begins 1 year ago when I purchased a 2007 Sportster XL1200L from Old Glory H-D. To make a long story short, I had more than the usual share of problems with it. Everyone at Old Glory, including Steve Scalia (the owner), said they never have seen a Sportser with the number of problems mine had. I have to tell you, that Old Glory took care of every problem and it never cost me a dime, only time and frustration, which they tried to keep to a minimum. It got to the point where Steve Scalia called me at home and asked for one more chance to make the bike right, but if they couldn't he would see to it that I got a bike that runs without problems. Well, last night he and everybody else at Old Glory made good on that promise. They worked out a trade in on my Sporty for the Super Glide and all I can say is, it was a great deal. I've never run into a business that has treated me like family, like these guys have. I never had to get hot under the collar. Carlos Riley (Svc. Mgr.), and Steve, and Bob Supler (General Mgr.) all went out of their way to make things right. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. -- Dave Sherman"

"Well, guys, here we are again. Once again our experience with our wonderful dealership is awesome. We traded in two bikes to get our 2008 lowrider, which Tricia will be riding. She fell in love with it a few months ago but that one was sold. One day we walked into the dealer and before we got to far into the dealer we had been pulled aside and said "We have something for you!!!" And there it was. The beautiful black and orange lowrider. Within a day we had decided we had to have it and with Bob agreeing to trade in his Softail, we got the bike. We love you guys and tell everyone about you. Of course we will see you soon!!! " Having been a rider for over 30 years it finally happened last spring. My new Streetglide got crushed in an unaviodable accident. I heard about a killer new HD dealership In MD. Friends put me in contack with Steve, Ryan and Tony Vanschoor to help me put her back together. Tony helped me pick all the right parts and some new ones as well. Within a few weeks and after hours of work, emails and phone calls my bike was better than new in every way. These folks went so far out of their way to help me its unbelieveable. This year I wanted to add a detachable tour pack. Who did I call. Thats right Tony at Old Glory! Parts are on the way and the level of service is well beyond any NC dealership I have dealt with. "I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the entire staff at Old Glory. Steve Corbett was the best sales person that I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. The ordering process was an extremely long one due to unexpected circumstances at the Harley Plant. Throughout the waiting period Steve continually reassured me that the wait would be well worth it, and he was not wrong at all. "From the day my fiance and i saw the vendor stand at the Main Street Festival i told her i wanted to go to the dealership and look at a few bikes.From the first step inside,we were treated like the sales people knew us and that impressed me with the kind of sales personel this place has.SOOOOO,after about a year of deciding on what kind of bike I (We )wanted,Steve Corbet (in Sales) hooked me up with one. A 2003 XLH 1200 Sportster which i liked,as did my fiance. The bike was and is the right size for the both of us as well as A FEW extras on it that makes the bike look DAMN GOOD.and so after the first day of seeing it, my fiance(Teresa) and i decided this is the bike for us.With the help of Jennifer in finance we decided to go ahead and buy the bike and We are very happy with the whole sales deal that i have told everyone i meet , if they want a harley, go to OLD GLORY in Laurel for the nicest sales people and for the BEST prices i have seen for a new or used H-D.Thank you all for a good deal on the bike my fiance and i bought for your dealership. "Have you ever had an experience you just can't believe? Well, I had just that experience this week at Old Glory HD. I have not had a bike for more than 25 years. Needless to say in that time period alot has changed. I met Dave Thomas, Sales Consultant on Saturday. Once he understood my situation, he spent the next two hours, working his way around the showroom floor explaining the differences between each family and model motorcycle in the store. I learned more in those two hours about the entire line of Harley bikes than I had learned over the last year making over a dozen visits to the local dealership in my area. To my disbelief, not one time during the discussion did he ever try to actually sell me a bike. His only objective was to make sure that I understood the features and differences between each of the bikes and that I select the bike that was best for me. Dave's professionialism and passion for Harley motorcycles was exceptional. A few days later (Tuesday)I returned and bought the bike of my dreams. Since the weather way pretty good on Wednesday, I wanted to take deliver and ride the bike home. Problem: Dave's day off is Wednesday. No Problem: He said he would come in on his day off to delivery the bike (unbelievable). Dave went out of his way to make my experience the best. Dave and the rest of the staff (Tracy,Nick,Russell,Jason,Tim,Bob,I'm sure I've missed someone) at Old Glory have made this experience great. I believe it was Ashley who drove to another dealership (on her own time) to pickup a helmet for my son, (who also purchased a bike)when the helmet he wanted was not in stock. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty for your customers. They all are the GREATEST!!! "

"I had a great overall experience. Everyone from our salesman Dave Thomas, who was so helpful, to the young lady at the merchandise counter was extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I’d like to thank the young lady at the merchandise counter who drove to Annapolis Harley on her way to work so that she could pick up a helmet for me. Old Glory sold out of the size I needed and I planned on picking up my bike the next day, way to soon for UPS to deliver it. Knowing my circumstances she offered to stop on her way to work the next morning so I’d have it that afternoon. You won’t get service like this anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at the dealership. "

""Been there and done that" as they say, but in my 41 years on bikes and 25 on Harleys, Old Glory really shines. Old fashioned personal service with modern tech to help the process.
