"I had been looking for a new bike for about 6 months. Had stopped in at several other H-D dealerships and didn't get much real help, mostly a lot of attitude - even with multiple visits and a desire to buy. Of course, I am a bit tough to please. But Terry Sutton supported by Steve Corbett and Laura Hunt helped me find the perfect bike. Terry walked me through specifics, helped me understand the advantages and disadvantages of new vs used and in the end, helped me find the best fit and best match to my needs and style preferences. And in my brief interactions with the other staff such as Margaret in parts, all of the staff have been friendly, knowledgable and helpful. "3/18/2011 My Name is Joyce Anderson and I recently completed my Riders Edge course at Old Glory Harley Davidson at the laurel location on 3/16/2011. I need to put this into words for everyone to read ,and enjoy the experience as I did in completing my beginner riders course. My instructor was Mr, Phil Kraft I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful, knowledgeable and patient he is in all aspects of his job. I aced the written exam with a B, however upon entering the riding course part of the program I competely failed that part of it OMG I was terrible , couldn't control throttle, clutch unable to master the final test as well.Phil Kraft never lost patience with me not one time the more errors I made the more he smiled ,and gained more patience he takes his job very seriously. He gives very percise direction as to what step you are to take next during your course riding,and is defiently all about safety when you leave his class you not only know how to ride ,but you also know the safety of riding as well. Mr. Kraft is defiently an asset to OGHD laurel. So with this being said after failing the initial course ride I did return and after rehearsing in my head my errors that Phil peviously discussed with me GUESS WHAT I ACED THE COURSE TEST. Received my certification for my M license. I would like to give Phil this recongition for with out his patience ,guidance ,and excuting his skills and knowledge of riding too me I would never completed this course. After my experience at Old glory Harley Davidson my 22 year old daughter ,and my 24 year old neice are registering for The Riders Edge Class, and I 'm sure they will learn the correct way and safe way too ride. "All I can say is Steve Corbett and the name Harley is the same name. Steve is the best walked me right in to the bike. Hit all the points to make my trade in work for the deal. I walked into the deal getting 100% of the deal I wanted. How often does that happen. I know have a Road Glid and I cannot stop thinking about it. I will be bringing other bikers back to Old Glory. The large number of Used bikes you all keep in stock will keep you on top. Finance office right on they worked it out with me just rolling plan numbers we all understand. "I was looking for a Buell 1125cr and there were hardly any of them left anywhere. I searched online and Old Glory was one of the first dealers to pop up, and it showed up with a beautiful almost-new 1125cr in Racing Red, right on the showroom floor. I was a bit nervous because I had never dealt with a Harley dealer before, and I had no clue what it would be like. However, when I got off the phone with one fellow, Terry Sutton called me right back and he was extremely friendly and invited me over for a test ride on a Sunday. When I arrived for the demo, he was extremely friendly and down to earth, which was great. We went on the test ride and I decided to get the bike, and from there on out things just got better and better. He helped me with all the information I needed, and turned me over to Dave Dawson who was just as down to earth and friendly, and we cruised through all the paperwork and I was out the door with a new bike a week later! Everyone at Old Glory treated me like I was an old friend, Terry and Dave got me a great price on the bike and I am 100% satisfied with the service. Thanks guys!"

"I took my motorcycle lessons at Old Glory because a coworker suggested we get our licenses. I didn't hesitate, I signed up. Even the experience of signing up was great. Everyone was friendly. I took my class with Manny and Vera and I cannot say enough how great, patient and friendly they were with the entire class. I had so much fun. Once I passed, I worked with Rick to buy my Road King Classic. He was the best. He started me off small and told me to take as much time as I needed as I graduated up to the next size bike. "My boyfriend David took me to the Old Glory Harley dealer in Laurel to look at bikes for his son. "My husband and I have been to a lot of Harley-Davidson stores and not one of them compare to the kindness and care that we received when visiting the "Old Glory" Harley-Davidson. During our first visit (just to get merchandise), we found a bike that was perfect for me. We live in NC so we were not prepared to purchase the bike. After a week passed, we decided to go back to buy the bike because everyone was so helpful and friendly. We got up early on Saturday and drove through ice and snow just to buy the bike from the wonderful people at Old Glory. After 6 longs hours on the road, we arrived and we were greeted with such warmth of kindness. The purchase of my bike was the best experience we have ever received. They took us around to each department to see what they had to offer. The service department guys went over and beyond to help make sure the bike was secured for our trip back - not to mention they installed the lojack system in such short notice. The snow was sticking to the roads and getting really messy but yet everyone was still working hard to make sure we had what we needed before getting back on the road to NC. All I have to say is it was totally worth the 12 hour drive in one day to be greeted with such kindness. And because of this, our son is going there to buy his bike. "There is not enough space to tell my whole experience. It has been great since the day Steve Corbett sold me my 2008 Dyna SuperGlide. That day I became part of the Old Glory family. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure you get what you need. On September 29,2009 the rear wheel bearings blew out. I was in front of a neighbor's house at 6:58 pm. He had OG's number on his phone. I got Brittany and asked if they could stay open five or ten minutes late - she said yes. It actually was abvout 7:20 pm when I got there. They were waiting and I got the bike in that evening. The service department took their time to check out everything and I got the bike back last night October 7, 2009. Thank you very much! "As a law enforcement officer, I was interested in purchasing a Peace Officer Special. For about eight months I visited half a dozen H-D dealerships in PA, MD and VA. OGHD beat all other dealerships by nearly 2K. Damn impressive, admirable and in concert with their mission statement and dedication to law enforcement, fire fighters and service men and women. I've talked with a number of sales personnel at H-D dealerships, but never had a better experience than I did with Terry Sutton. Terry was low key, very knowledgable and made me feel at ease throughout the entire buying process. He still takes my calls, providing bits of valuable information that I never considered. Terry you are the best and I appreciate all of your help. But the assistance to customers dosen't stop with the sales staff. The finance manager was extremely professional and still remembered me a month later when I stopped by to browse. Jason in parts went out of his way to get an accessory from another location to have it for me when I picked up the bike. Also, without directly asking, Tim ordered a part at no charge which should have been on the bike, but was not included by mistake. A small gesture in some people's view but I viewed it as OGHD taking care of their customers, doing the "right thing" and living up to the high standards that the owners have set for the dealership. At approximately 6:30 pm we experienced bearing problems on our boat trailer near Laurel, MD and pulled off the nearest exit. Immediately upon pulling off the exit we spotted Old Glory Harley-Davidson and pulled in with a trailer wheel that was smoking. We were both exhausted from a long day on the road and we had 2 of our pets in the truck with us. We were in desperate need of some help. Despite the fact that the Harley Dealership closed at 7pm, the service mananger , Carlos Riley and another employee ( Danny) advised that they would be happy to help me and my wife out. I have to tell you that these guys were incredible. They dropped what they were doing and immediately began addressing my issue. Before I knew it they had both of the suspect trailer wheels off and they pulled and examined the bearings on both wheels. They discovered that the bearings were fine and that I had over-greased them, causing some grease to exit a rear seal and drip on the brake assembly, causing it to smoke. They re-packed both bearings, reassembled both wheels and assured me that we should be all set to get back to NY. These guys spent well over an hour working on my trailer, after the dealership had closed for the day. When they were done, I asked them what I owed them and they said "NOTHING" we are "happy to help you out". I could not believe what I was hearing , especially in this day and age when everyone is trying to get a dime off of all of us. I insisted on paying them and they insisted that they did not want any money. In fact one of the guys said " your wife and you have had a long, trying day, take the money and take your wife out to dinner" We left the dealership, proceeded to a hotel and got up early the next day and completed our journey to upstate NY. They did a great job on the trailer as the bearings ran cool for the rest of the trip. I cannot thank Carlos and Danny enough for the wonderful service that they gave my wife and I in a time of need. They are both CLASS ACTS and if I had to buy a Harley, I got to tell you I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Old Glory Harley-Davidson. If they treated a couple of strangers this good, I can imagine how well they take care of thier customers. "I normally distrust salesmen/salesladies and the whole hassle of being told one thing, and having it turn into something entirely different. We've all been here at least once in our lifetime. Not so two weeks ago. And you know where this is going. On the last Saturday of November, I took delivery of my brand new 09 Dyna Super Glide. My first, off the showroom floor, brand new, code numbers still on the tires, 11 miles on the speedo, smelling new bike in over 25 years. "My purchase experience was as expected except for Tracey,he was exceptional in his role and is very enjoyable to work with. The defining difference for the dealership and the people there was the day after I picked up my FLHTCU,I noticed an unusual idle and an indicator light when we were starting a day ride. I called OGHD and Brittany said bring it on by they would be waiting. They checked it out and soon were elbow deep in the dash. Two hours later it wasn't looking good for the ride, Bob Supler came by and told me he was preparing another bike for my wife and I so we could enjoy the November day and still get a ride in instead of hanging around the dealership, That was a surprise! Just then Fred burst through the door and excitedly(for him) asked if we had left yet. Needless to say that got my attention to see what they had found that had eluded them for a couple of hours. "I took delivery on a 105th Anniversary, Dyna Super Glide Custom last night. However, my story begins 1 year ago when I purchased a 2007 Sportster XL1200L from Old Glory H-D. To make a long story short, I had more than the usual share of problems with it. Everyone at Old Glory, including Steve Scalia (the owner), said they never have seen a Sportser with the number of problems mine had. I have to tell you, that Old Glory took care of every problem and it never cost me a dime, only time and frustration, which they tried to keep to a minimum. It got to the point where Steve Scalia called me at home and asked for one more chance to make the bike right, but if they couldn't he would see to it that I got a bike that runs without problems. Well, last night he and everybody else at Old Glory made good on that promise. They worked out a trade in on my Sporty for the Super Glide and all I can say is, it was a great deal. I've never run into a business that has treated me like family, like these guys have. I never had to get hot under the collar. Carlos Riley (Svc. "Have you ever had an experience you just can't believe? Well, I had just that experience this week at Old Glory HD. I have not had a bike for more than 25 years. Needless to say in that time period alot has changed. I met Dave Thomas, Sales Consultant on Saturday. Once he understood my situation, he spent the next two hours, working his way around the showroom floor explaining the differences between each family and model motorcycle in the store. I learned more in those two hours about the entire line of Harley bikes than I had learned over the last year making over a dozen visits to the local dealership in my area. To my disbelief, not one time during the discussion did he ever try to actually sell me a bike. His only objective was to make sure that I understood the features and differences between each of the bikes and that I select the bike that was best for me. Dave's professionialism and passion for Harley motorcycles was exceptional. A few days later (Tuesday)I returned and bought the bike of my dreams. Since the weather way pretty good on Wednesday, I wanted to take deliver and ride the bike home. Problem: Dave's day off is Wednesday. No Problem: He said he would come in on his day off to delivery the bike (unbelievable). Dave went out of his way to make my experience the best. Dave and the rest of the staff (Tracy,Nick,Russell,Jason,Tim,Bob,I'm sure I've missed someone) at Old Glory have made this experience great. " Here is the "Birth" announcement that my wife sent all of our friends. Here's our new baby, isn't she beautiful?!!!! Birth weight is way over 800 lbs, Easy delivery ..no labor pains. LOL. "I have been to many Harley-Davisons stores. This is by far the one with the most curtious and helpfull staff I have ever been to. The open house was a really nice set up. It showed us we are appreciated. "I have been in 3 time the last 2 weeks. Looking to ask about a part that I need for my bike. I think you don't have enough parts people to help. It's kind of bad when your parts people don't even let you know that he knows you are even there waiting. I will keep coming in to your dealership because I do like what I have seen so far. "I have been to your dealership numerous times since you opened, some times to make a purchase and other times just to come in and browse and hang out. And each time I received nothing but courtesy and friendship from everyone. I just recently had my 5000 mile service done on my Ulta Classic and to have a noise it was making checked out. Your service department people were great, they asked plenty of questions to be sure they new exactly what I wanted. The bike was ready when promised and the service people explained everything to my satisfaction, including the noise problem which they fixed (loose primary chain). Although I missed your Public Open House (unavoidable) you can count on me being at your Grand Opening on April 14th and looking for a good time.
